Notes & Combos
Points when building the deck:
- I tried a 40-card version of this deck but there are many cards you don't want to draw, so I filled it with many handtraps.
- You can replace Droll with a copy each of Veiler and Ogre (more useful against Maliss and Ryzeal).
- 3 copies of Pathfinder might be too much, but for me it was also useful as discard fodder for Branded in High Spirits and even going for Rank 4's.
This deck does not have a single line and can play decently well around handtraps (except Droll).
You want to start with the Field Spell (hence the 12 copies) + any Springans card. Aratama/Kitt can also start your Rank-4 plays (Kitt needs a Machine monster in hand), but they are very vulnerable to handtraps (also not Nibiru-proof).
Rafflesia is your anti-Nibiru card. You can always summon it in your 5th summon when you start with a copy of the Field Spell + any Springans card.
S:P Little Knight can be used defensive a lot, since your boss monsters lack protection effects.
Full-Armored XYZ can also be used to summon Ty-phon and even Zeus. Most of the time you will stick with Dark Lancer however, since it has an awesome removal effect in this meta.
