Notes & Combos

Wanted to play Runick, and decided to go with Sky Striker Runick. There are a few changes that I want to make, but I am broke and unable to do so. Probably the biggest change that I want to make is adding a second tip. Only having 1 isn't the greatest.

One quick thing I want to note before I get too far, is that I just haven't been playing Yugioh all that much; only a couple games per day, which is why this is relatively late in the season. Could have easily gotten this done sooner if I put more time towards it.

In regards to how it felt playing, it was fine. Not ideal though. I think that pure Sky Strikers is better than Sky Striker Runick. The battle phase is a very useful tool for breaking down the opponent's board, and Runick shutting that down... didn't feel the best. But it's definitely still workable, especially since Runick is quite good at breaking boards.

I do want to trim down the list, but I am currently unsure of what I would want to cut. Cyanos is very good, as I can even normal her to get into Sky Striker combo, if I have a runick card.

Also, in regards to the Runick cards. I wish that some would get unhit. Having three tip would make it so much better, and more destruction would help immensly with the Elfnotes matchup. If the runick cards were all unlimited I might even cut Slumber in this list, despite how good it is for going first.
