Hello fellow ninjas! Trying something fun for duelist cup, basically you have 2 ways to get out apex avian every turn. Fenrir search Riseheart, make tomahawk, tomahawk and tokens go into Harpies Conductor and then Simorgh link, make masquerena and link spider with the other 3 tokens. End phase, summon Apex Avian. If you have ninja stuff that synergizes here, you can also go for Tobari since he's a winged beast.
You also have Ninjitsu Art of Transformation which can summon from hand or deck (why doesn't leaves / meizen do this? reeeeeeeeee), so it can be reused every turn to keep resummoning Apex Avian if you have a leaves to return it to hand.
It's a fun deck. I think it has too many garnets to be better than the usual builds, but your strong boards are much stronger. Just feels bad if you draw apex or riseheart though.
