That's the deck I used when I don't have a monster on my field from the start of the game. Just be careful with Impulse as you won't be able to activate Fuwalos or Lubellion.
When I had a monster on my field, I swapped the 3x Imperms for 3x Effect Veiler, and the charmies for 3x Belle and 2x Nibiru. Even though Veilers, Belles and Nibs can't be activated with Impulse, we don't really have access to other impactful handtraps.
I thought about using Ghost Ogre instead of Belle, it can't be activated under Impulse restriction as well, but it can be useful especially against Clown Crews Spells and Trap which is quite a popular deck in this event, even though our deck is able to break through their board. But, overall, I think Belle is a more versatile handtrap and is able to protect our plays/GY from the opponent.
