Vanquish Soul is absolutely hilarious (and strong) in this event. Some of the spaces you and your opponent can land on uniquely benefit this deck's playstyle. Just to list some examples of matches that I have played: if the opponent starts out with a monster you can equip Durendal to act as three extra copies of Razen. If the match starts out of half LP, you easily FTK them with Borger and Snow Devil. In some spaces, you can even potentially start with an extra card in hand for more attributes. Opponent somehow starts with Mechanical Hound or Jinzo? So what, 75% of your deck are monster cards.
The only issue with running this is you never touch your extra deck except to summon Rock like once, so you won't get gems from the Extra deck missions.
