Notes & Combos

This deck started out as a going 2nd 40 card Danger Lunalight deck.

Come Ishizu, it became a 60 card Danger Ishizu Lunalight Pile. Then I replaced Danger with Tears, and here we are.

The Lunalight and Tearlament engines are independent, but the Tearlaments complement the goal of ending games with Lunalight fusions. This is because they: mill, give card advantage, create and bait interaction. With these ingredients, the way is opened up for the Lunalights to close the game.

I don't think I can make it to D1 wih this, for two main reasons: the deck is less consistent than pure Tearlaments and it loses harder to Tearlament counters.

Regardless, the matchups where Ishizu cards take 20 off both decks are fun, and this deck is much stronger than Tearlaments when that happens.

Resolve Grass unchallenged (Abyss Dweller, Dimension Shifter, Gravekeeper's Trap, etc.) and you win.

If anyone wants to try this, the most important thing to avoid mistakes is knowing where (deck or graveyard) your Lunalights (and Tenki) are.

Any feedback or thoughts on this deck would be appreciated.

If you know how to play Lunalight, and know how to play Tearlament, then you know how to play this deck.
