Deck strategy? Very simple, set as many floodgates as you can, and take the chad towers down to the field. Ok, there are ways your opponent can easily remove him from the field links cough cough , but its still not a problem, his other minor qli can do his job.
And about matches, well... because its a floodgate deck, theres not much to comment, just about runick, which is the decks biggest enemy, there are few situations where you'll be able to open a breach and kill the duel on the spot.
But thats basically it, and about the extra, just put some punishment targets, the rest you can put whatever you like xD
