No this isn't an XYZ festival list.

Tear hate is the name of the game. I love the deck but lack the resources to build it to my liking so I'll take my frustration out on those who have built the deck. Ash Blossom was cut because I didn't find it impactful enough (you want to stop the fusions, not the mills). Ghost Bell is the clearly better zombie loli this format thanks to Tearlaments but even then once they've got a crazy chain going they can easily block her so I chose to not run her for now too. So far I've been doing well with 2 shifters, 3 Maxx C, 3 D.D Crow, and three imperms for a handtrap line up.

The Tear match up haven't been much of an issue thus far. I only lost two games to them, and both were because of bricked hands. Once they found out I was on Exosister, they either kept playing into my hands, triggering my effects, played extremely conservatily by hastily passing on a Bagooska, or scooping to Dimenson Shifter or Dimensional Fissure. The biggest threat they have against your endboard is Triple Tactics talent, which they can use to steal one of your XYZ, attack over one of your monsters, and then summoning Zeus with the XYZ they stole. I haven't lost to these TTT jumpscares yet but they're something to be aware of. TTT just seems to be glued to the hands of Tear players. If you have Martha and you realize they're attempting to make Bagooska, you can try use a D.D Crow or Called by the Grave to activate her XYZ effect on the opponents turn (since unlike the other main deck sisters, both players can trigger her XYZ summon effect) and make a quick Mikailis to deal with one of their level 4s.

I don't see enough utility in any non-XYZ monsters to consider running them so I just use at least two of each of the sisters in the extra deck. I play the Magistus package because it generates bodies and provides some backrow removal. It's not great though because if it gets stopped then you have no real options. I run 2 Ninaruru so the second Zoroa won't be useless but I'm planning to cut down on the package to fit Pot of Prosperity and Abyss Dweller.

The biggest issue with the deck is the lack of a grind game. The ability to ignore your own graveyard is a blessing and a curse because you have zero ways to recur your resources, which limits your grind game immensely. You need to shut them down quickly. And always make sure you recall how many copies of Elis are left in your deck before searching for Martha. Happy banishing!
