Notes & Combos

If you open Map / Advent + 2 small birds, you can play through a single Ash / Imperm. These 3-card combos focus on first establishing Map and then use Toccan as a duplicate path to getting Empen. For example if you open Map + Eglen + Toccan, Map getting Empen completely removes Eglen as an Imperm choke point.

There are too many 3-card combos to list but none of them involve Stri. Thus this deck focuses on higher engine count of 2 Toccan + 1 Jack-in-the-hand. Jack always reveals Robina / Eglen / Toccan. If you don't have Eglen already, you get Eglen (Map + Eglen is the best 2-card combo). If you already have Eglen, get Toccan. Access to Toccan enables Empen to search for Map instead of Town, and then using Map + Toccan to get Town. In other words, there are many hands where you can convert Toccan in your hand into Map if you don't already have it or Winds if you do.

Opening Map + 2 small birds also allows for lines where you make Map + Empen + Town + Avian instead of Map + Empen + Town + Statue. These combos involve using Robina to get a 3rd small bird, which then allows for a 4th body on the field to do 2 tribute summons.
