Phantasm Spiral is a control deck centered around the field spell “Pacifis, the Phantasm Spiral City”. To put it simply, this card punishes your opponent for activating anything, as that results in a 2000/2000 token and a free search for a quick effect pop or monster negate from the hand. The central interaction this deck tries to exploit is with its field spell and the continuous trap card “Sea Stealth Attack”. This card’s main effect allows you to banish any water monster you control until the end phase to make all face up spell/trap cards on your side of the field immune to destruction until the end of your turn. This means your field spell, Sea Stealth Attack, and any floodgates are completely immune to destruction for the rest of your turn. Since the token is a water monster, you can banish that in order to activate this effect (you should usually chain this destruction immunity effect to an opponents effect that would destroy a face up spell/trap card, in order to immediately regain your token back). This card also has an additional effect that makes your water token invincible by popping any monster it battles at the start of the damage step. Fill your extra deck with high atk vanillas for niche unrivaled tenyi summons (don’t spend any dust on the ur, I got it from the free tickets). Storming is a tech choice I like to use to clear opponent boards in certain situations. Use dai instead of fossil dig if you don’t want to spend UR dust.
