Notes & Combos

I went 28-9. I was 13-3 going first and 15-6 going second. This deck takes advantage of the yang zing + tenyi lines. If you don't know them, please play standard. Here's the video I promised in my last guide:

• The average sad board is Chixiao + Blackout, follow up in hand
• The average bad board is Chixiao + Baronne
• The average board will be Chixiao + Level 10 + any level 8 or protos or Blackout with Taia in hand
• The best board is Chaofeng summoned with Baxia, Protos, any level 10, Chixiao, and Blackout.

Deck Discussion:

• No cosmic - Crow and Belle are fairly comparable vs Runick, at least for Swordsoul, and immensely more powerful vs other decks.
• Three pots - It's pot of greed and thins your deck. If you hate it, run two vessel.
• How to get stronger boards - Replace destrudo and and a vishuda with vessel
• I want 40 cards - Cut crow desturdo/ 1 Adhara & Vishuda + destrudo
• Two Shaman - Shaman pushes through interruption turn one and pushes for lethal turn two/three.

Combo Tips:

• Remember to send Protos, Mo Ye, or Ashuna to the grave with Taia depending on who is missing.
• Try saving Adhara effect until after Protos banishes starters for follow-up.
• Please don't summon Berserker just to have to banish dark with Protos.
• If you can Yazi in your combo, you should probably do it.
• Reminders:
  • Berserker can become Monk
  • Shaman doesn't negate Extra Deck monsters revived from the GY
