Notes & Combos

I experimented with a few different iterations of the mathmech engine, but imo this is the best way to play it inside of @ignister. More consistent and versatile than pure @ignister, and actually does really well against pure mathmech going first or second. In general it's pretty solid going second with consistent OTK lines ending on accesscode. If you can make the arrival going first it's pretty much an auto-win, it's actually hilarious watching branded players try to get rid of it.

A lot of the filler cards are pretty subjective, but I had a lot of luck with 2 copies of lightning storm bc it's admittedly lacking in backrow removal otherwise. Also I got tired of getting nibiru'd so I decided to fight fire with fire; if nothing else it lets you negate with crossout. I previously ran Link Spider to play through nibiru, but extra deck space is precious so I swapped it out for light dragon bc level 4 xyz has really good synergy with the mathmechs. You can even get creative and run darkfluid in this build, it's a bit niche but since your main combo puts a synchro and an xyz in the GY it can catch your opponent off guard if you summon it turn 3.

All in all the deck is extremely fun to play, and with an average draw you can play through all sorts of disruption. Yes it dies to maxx c (it takes 5 special summons just to get to heatsoul) but with ash, cbtg and crossout you're pretty well insulated from it.
