Go Kali Yuga, or Triple Tax Dragon, whatever you prefer, with the same build. All you need is a Blackwing and Simoon (or Black Whirlwind). When I have access to double Black (or Black Feather) Whirlwind, I prefer to go the Synchro route. With Kali I try to leave 3 backrow spaces for: Rank-Up spell, Link equipped to Borreload, and Twin Shadow face down, as well as 1 open MMZ for Full Armor. Double bridge for Small World (Synchron, Kaiju) in case one slips to the hand. As this is (pretty much) an FTK, Evenly is the preferred going second card, and Imperm the handtrap of choice. There are other alternatives, though, such as Dark Ruler and DD Crow. Lastly, if I were to tech Arc Rebellion (and Raider), I would take out 1 Black-winged and 1 Assault Black-winged dragon.
