If you have a spell, discard Regina instead of a monster to activate Rhapsodia, and discard the spell instead of Regina to activate Ms Tic Call.
I recommend leaving Crimson Dragon Quetzalcoatl in the center monster zone in the end board. Because it has 9000 ATK, it's the only monster your opponent can attack, and it's unaffected and indestructible (by battle and card effects).
