Pretty simple Combo that gives access to 2 Omni Negates, 2 Target Destroys and 1 Semi-Floodgate while Drawing 1 All Followup is in GY so you should be fine to OTK no matter the next Draw.

Can only play around when sending Silvera from Hand with Diabellstar in Step #1 Veiler and Imperm are always ignored but Ash and Belle can't be negated if used in response to MuRcielago or Hallowed in GY to add back.
