If starting with Exceptional Schedule, you can summon a Token to be able to trigger Urgent Schedule on an opponent's empty board state. If you do, put it in Attack Position and make sure you summon Underclock or Ballista to reduce the Token's ATK.

While Ballista can be summoned under a Machine lock (see Blue Traveler), it requires a Spell/Trap to pop in order to reduce ATK. Some lists don't run Underclock, some lists don't run Ballista. It ultimately depends on personal preference.

Urgent Schedule requires your opponent to control more monsters than you do, so unless you have Exceptional Schedule ready, make sure you don't break their board too much.

If using Pentestag/Underclock, make sure you summon Liebe underneath them as they only work when they point to your monster. Remember to use Gustav's effect to burn for 2000. Liebe has 6000 ATK, and can attack monsters multiple times. This is 8000+ damage total which will OTK assuming you connect. If Liebe destroys a monster by attacking it, it won't be able to attack directly afterwards.

Pegasus can summon something from the GY when it is SS'd, but that's irrelevant here, unless you're looking to play around something.
