This is a modified variant of the basic Noroi-Saryuja line that becomes available with a level 5 in hand. Its main advantage is it makes Ripper before the first search, and additionally plays around both Ash and Droll (though still weak to Veiler/Imperm/Dominus Purge). Note it requires the opponent to have 2 cards in hand for Noroi NS. While very potentially very powerful, it is prone to handtraps and bricking (thematically fitting for VSK9), making it a lower priority play if you have multiple. Once you get to Ripper, it is marginally safer, however, and you can protect your Lantern from Belle, prevent a Nibiru, and so-on.
This combo assumes only Noroi and some other level 5 in hand and all other cards in deck. Likely this level 5 is something like a Jiaolong or Hollie that you can't make any VS plays with.
Most of the other details are consistent for the basic Noroi-Saryuja line, which can be found here: https://www.masterduelmeta.com/combo/6a24b90f16419e6aa609ca5a?combosDeckType=6984b3572f6aff6e950cec75
Though it is worth, repeating a recommended variation here. Sending the Case to grave with Noroi to check your opponents hand and see if you even need to gamble on the Saryuja versus ending on Ripper + NASH/C104 + Little Knight/Vallon/something else should be done over the full endboard presented here. The basic combo here is maximum greed, which allows for an extension to pop case to set FR, but this variation is safer.
