Quick effect, targeting monster negate and reduce ATK to 0.

When equipped with a card, this will non-target attach an opponent's monster as xyz material.

Banish from grvae to equip an xyz monster from grave to Lancer. This will trigger Lancer to attach.

Banish from grave to rank up Number C32 into Caesar. Preferably after using C32 eff.

4 negates on Caesar due to the additional materials from Number C32.

Destroy 2 cards on the field by destroying Lancer. Lancer will be protected by Full Armored Xyz.

Steps

Normal summon, then use its effect to summon Big Jaws from deck.

Overlay into Bahamut Shark and use its effect to summon LeVirtue Dragon from ED.e

On summon, add Virtue Stream from deck to hand.

Add and set.

Use LeVirtue's other effect to detach from Bahamut Shark, then add back Big Jaws.

Rank up LeVirtue into Full Armored Black Ray Lancer.

Rank up into Xyz Armor Fortress, detach to search:

Activate to equip an Xyz from grave to Xyz Armor Fortress.

Rank up Xyz Armor Fortress into Dark Knight Lancer. Add back Armored Xyz with eff.

Special summon since you played a spell this turn. Search Abyss Shark with eff.

Abyss Shark summon itself and add Hydrojet Shark.

Special summon Hydrojet and send Xyz Revive Splash to the grave with its eff.

Send from deck to grave with Hydrojet.

Overlay Big Jaws, Abyss Shark and Hydrojet into Number 32.

Rank up into C32 by discarding Armored Xyz.

Rank up Bahamut Shark into this by discarding Full-Armored Xyz.
