This is some weird support for Allure Queen in that Konami seems to be leaning in to the level up mechanic instead of just retraining the originals to bypass the mechanic entirely. You can't just cheat out a bunch of Allure Queen Lv 7s and immediately get a bunch of quick effects to equip opponents monsters- the effects still aren't usable if you try to do that- instead you have to start with the Lv 3 and use this new field spell (with its thrice-per-turn summon effect) and the link monster to give your opponents monsters which you can repeatedly equip to climb up to the higher level versions. It seems reasonably effective at this but having to discard a card from your hand each time you use the 3rd field spell effect kind of sucks, also you need some way of actually getting the link-3 out in the first place (not many decks can actually make 3 spellcaster monsters as link fodder).
