You can only activate a card with this card's name once per turn.
(1) Activate one of the following effects, but you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn, except Xyz Monsters.
● Discard 1 card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Tellarknight" or "Constellar" monster from your Deck with a different Type than the monsters you control.
● Target face-up monsters on your opponent's field up to the number of "Tellarknight" or "Constellar" monsters you control; negate those monsters' effects until the end of the turn.
