You can only activate 1 card with this card's name per turn. During the turn your opponent activated a monster effect in the hand or GY, you can activate this card from your hand.
(1) Target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it, then, if you have no Traps in your GY, they can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand. If you activated this card from your hand, you cannot activate the effects of EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND monsters for the rest of this Duel.
