Overview

  • Konami has announced the Fusion Cup Event, to be held in two stages from August 7 - 17
  • A banlist has already been announced for these events.
  • The first Stage will be from August 7 - August 17, the Second Stage tage will be held from August 14 - August 17.

Banlist

In this event, only "Fusion Monsters" can be used in the Extra Deck. (*Includes "Fusion/Pendulum" cards.)

Also, some "Synchro Monsters", "Xyz Monsters", and "Link Monsters" can be used if they support Decks centered on Fusion Summoning.

Some cards cannot be used due to game balance considerations.

  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Stage 2

How to advance in the 2nd Stage

Win Duels and earn DP!

  • In the 2nd Stage, DP is earned by winning Duels.
  • Losing results in losing a portion of your DP.
  • Earn tons of DP and aim for a high rank!

About 2nd Stage DP

  • The amount of DP gained/lost depends on the difference in DP between you and your opponent.
  • There is no upper limit to the DP earned for a win, and the lower limit is 1000.
  • The upper limit of DP lost for being defeated is 1200.
  • *Players with 9000 DP or less will lose a reduced amount of DP upon defeat.

Stage 1

Information

  • The first stage of the Duelist Cup plays very similar to the ranked ladder.
  • Reaching DLV MAX qualifies a player for Stage 2 of the Duelist Cup.
  • Gems, tickets and protecto are given to players for each DLV level.
  • Your DLv. will begin at the following levels depending on your rank in Season 30 of Ranked Duels:
