Overview

The Infernoble Knights are a subseries of the Noble Knight archetype found in the secret pack "Guided by the Noble Blade." A Synchro focused archetype, this deck's goal is to take advantage of a less-used mechanic in Yu-Gi-Oh, Equip Cards. Being able to access any Equip you may need through Loading... and Loading... , alongside the combination of Loading... /Loading... and Loading... , you're provided both excellent extension and incredible payoff all while giving you the knowledge of any problems your opponent may be holding, while simultaneously getting rid of them. Today, we would like to present to you some basic concepts as well as some sample deck lists in order to help present a starting guide. If you have questions on anything that isn't covered here, feel free to come ask us in the MDM Discord, we're always willing to help people who want to learn more in depth.

Core Infernoble Cards

The namesake of the deck, these powerful FIRE Warriors are the reason this deck is so resilient to Handtraps. Any two card combination of any of the following cards will do your full combo.

Infernoble Knight Ogier

Infernoble Knight Ogier

Highly searchable via Loading... and Loading... making him the 2nd best Normal Summon in the deck. Infernoble Knight Ogier is used to send FIRE Warriors from Deck to Grave such as Loading... , Loading... , etc. In tandem with Loading... , this combination can be used to retrieve cards sent to the Grave. Ogier also has a 2nd effect in the GY where he can turn himself into an Equip Spell that can protect a Warrior monster on the field from being destroyed by card effects.

Infernoble Knight - Renaud

Infernoble Knight - Renaud

Infernoble Knight - Renaud is essentially a 2 for 1 extender and can arguably be called the best card in the deck for this reason. Although saving Renaud until the HalqDon combo is nice, using him early can also be just as rewarding. Renaud can retrieve cards like Loading... , Loading... , Loading... , Loading... , etc to help extend combos, most of which can be sent to the GY with Loading... . Additionally if Renaud is Summoned by it's own effect he is treated as a Tuner which is useful for Synchro plays or making Loading... .

Infernoble Knight Oliver

Infernoble Knight Oliver

Infernoble Knight Oliver is an amazing Tuner extender that doesn't rely on you having a monster on board, you can send FIRE Warrior monsters or Equip Spells from hand or field to the Grave to Special Summon out Oliver. Typically you can use Loading... 's 1st effect to give you a free send to Special Summon Oliver onto the field. Oliver also has a 2nd effect in the GY where he can Equip himself to a Warrior on the field to make the monster immune to targeting effects.

"Infernoble Arms - Durendal"

"Infernoble Arms - Durendal"

“Infernoble Arms - Durendal” is the 2nd copy of Loading... in the Deck. Durendal can fetch any Level 5 or lower FIRE Warrior from the Deck. Durendal can also be used as an extender with its 2nd effect. It's important to note that, after using this effect, you will be locked into only Summoning Warrior monsters for the rest of the turn.

Heritage of the Chalice

Heritage of the Chalice

Heritage of the Chalice is our 3rd copy of Loading... . Chalice can fetch any Noble Knight monster or Equip Spell from the Deck OR GY. Also if a Noble Knight monster is sent to the GY while Equipped with a Noble Arms card (like Durendal) you can add Chalice from the GY to the hand.

Generic Warrior Support

Over the years Konami has printed a lot of generic Warriors that just so happen to fit the bill perfectly to work with the Infernoble Knight archetype.

Super Quantum Red Layer

Super Quantum Red Layer

Red Layer is the Loading... of the Deck, allowing you to Special Summon it if you control no monsters. It's also searchable with Loading... . It being a Level 5 is relevant to the combo, as you need to send it to the GY with Loading... 's effect to have it become a Level 2. If you need to save on UR Crafting Points Loading... with Loading... as a garnet should suffice until you can pick up your Red Layers.

Fire Flint Lady

Fire Flint Lady

Searchable with Loading... , Fire Flint Lady is a free Special Summon as long as you control a Warrior monster. Its second effect can be used to Summon Loading... in hands that open him. Two copies of this card in your hand does your full combo.

Neo-Spacian Package

Neo Space Connector
Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin

Neo Space Connector is arguably one of the best Normal Summons in the whole game. Connector is a 1 card Loading... by Summoning Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin. Aqua Dolphin's effect allows you to look at your opponent's hand and rip out a monster who has less ATK than the monsters on your field. This allows you to rip out most Handtraps and gives you full hand knowledge. Connector + Any Extender is enough to seal up most games.

Immortal Phoenix Gearfried

Immortal Phoenix Gearfried

Gearfried is one of the best monsters in this deck with its non-Targeting removal as well as its monster negate. Searchable with Isolde and Captain Roland for follow-up turns or with Ogier + Renaud for early Handtrap protection. Playing more copies allows for going second plays, but it's not required.

Reinforcement of the Army

Reinforcement of the Army

Reinforcement of the Army is a staple in any Warrior-based strategy, in Infernoble Knight, it can be used to search any monster in the deck. Usually, Loading... is the best add for the reasons given above, but you can also add other extenders to protect yourself from specific Handtraps.

The Garnets

Don't draw these :)
